The Award Management module in DigitalHRS helps organizations celebrate and motivate their employees by managing awards and recognition programs efficiently. HR or administrators can easily create new awards by filling out important details such as the Award Title, Description, Award Type (e.g., Employee of the Month, Best Performer, Long Service), Award Category, and Award Date.
The system also allows defining the Award Criteria — outlining the performance goals or standards an employee must meet to be nominated. HR can specify the Nominated Employee Name, Department, and Designation, ensuring accurate and fair recognition. Each award can include Rewards or Benefits, such as certificates, bonuses, or gift vouchers, along with an optional Award Image or certificate upload.
Admins can also record who approved or granted the award under the Approved By field and track the award’s Status (Draft, Pending Approval, Approved, or Presented). The system automatically logs the Created By details for reference and transparency.
With this module, companies can build a culture of appreciation, boost morale, and improve employee engagement by recognizing great work consistently and professionally.
