Promotion and Transfer Management

The Promotion and Transfer Management module in DigitalHRS helps HR teams manage employee career progressions and internal movements with ease. HR or administrators can create promotion or transfer records by entering key details such as Employee Name, Current Branch, New Branch, Current Department, New Department, Current Designation, and New Designation.

For promotions, the system allows specifying Promotion Date, Effective From, Salary Revision Details, and Reason for Promotion. Similarly, for transfers, the HR can record Transfer Type (departmental, branch, or location transfer), Effective Date, and Transfer Reason. Supporting files or approval documents can be attached through the Attachment option.

Each record includes Approval Status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected), and the system automatically logs the Approved By and Created By fields for accountability. Notifications are sent to both HR and employees once a promotion or transfer is confirmed.

This module ensures a smooth, transparent, and well-documented process for managing employee movements — helping organizations maintain fairness, consistency, and clear communication in every career change.
