Resignation Management

The Resignation Management module in DigitalHRS provides a transparent and well-structured process for managing employee resignations. It allows employees to submit their resignation requests digitally, including details like Resignation Title, Reason for Leaving, Notice Period, and Effective Resignation Date.

Once a resignation is submitted, it automatically notifies the Admin, HR, or Manager for review and approval. HR can view the full details, add Comments or Feedback, and update the Resignation Status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).

The module also includes fields for Submitted By, Approved By, and Approved Date to maintain proper documentation and ensure accountability. Employees can upload Supporting Files such as handover notes or clearance forms, making the exit process smoother.

This feature ensures that the organization maintains clear communication and a fair exit policy, while keeping complete records of all employee resignations for future reference. It promotes professionalism, transparency, and efficiency in handling employee departures.
