When initiating a termination, HR or Admin can create a record by entering key details such as Employee Name, Department, Termination Type, Termination Reason, Effective Date, and Remarks. Supporting files such as Termination Letters, Final Settlement Documents, or Reports can also be uploaded for reference.
The system includes workflow fields for Issued By, Approved By, and Status (Pending, Approved, or Completed). Automatic notifications are sent to the concerned HR personnel and employee once the termination is approved.
