The Training Management module in DigitalHRS helps organizations manage and track all employee training programs efficiently — from planning to completion. It ensures that employees continuously develop their skills and meet company standards.
When creating a new training session in the Training Management module of DigitalHRS, the HR or admin needs to fill in several key details. First, they must enter the Training Title and a brief Description outlining the purpose and objectives of the session. Next, they specify the Trainer Name, along with the Training Type, which can be either online or offline. The Location field is used to mention where the training will take place — such as a physical venue or an online meeting link.
The admin then sets the Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time to define the schedule. The Price or Cost field records the total cost of the training or per-participant fee. If the training has limited capacity, the Maximum Participants field helps manage enrollment. The HR can also select the Target Department or Role to identify which employees the training is intended for and choose the appropriate Training Category, such as Technical, Management, or Soft Skills.
Additionally, related documents or slides can be uploaded through the Attachment/Materials option. The Status field shows whether the training is in draft, open for enrollment, completed, or canceled. Finally, the system automatically records the Created By information, showing which admin or HR staff created the training record.
