Warning Management

The Warning Management module in DigitalHRS helps HR departments maintain a transparent and organized process for handling employee warnings. HR or administrators can create a new warning record by filling in key details such as Employee Name, Department, Warning Type, Warning Date, and Description of the incident or violation.

Additional fields include Issued By, Approved By, and Status (Pending, Approved, or Resolved) to ensure proper documentation and approval flow. HR can also upload supporting evidence or documents under the Attachment section.

Once a warning is issued, both HR and the concerned employee receive automatic notifications, ensuring clarity and accountability. This feature helps organizations maintain professionalism, enforce company policies, and reduce recurring disciplinary issues effectively.

By centralizing all warning records in one system, HR teams can easily track behavioral patterns, support fair decisions, and uphold consistent workplace standards.
